Returns
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in their original condition, unused and unwashed
  • Retain all original packaging, tags, and labels
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, including:

  • Memory foam pillows and cervical neck pillows
  • Any item marked as final sale or clearance

Return Process

Our team will guide you through the process, provide a return authorization, and offer instructions for shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return is received safely.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges
